I’m originally from Scotland, but I’ve spent most of the last 10 years working and travelling around Spain.

I have my own Restaurant where I’m the head chef, head waiter, head dish washer and head of anything else that no one else wants to do.

I have many passions in life from cooking to photography, but Im rarely happier than when in the kitchen, cooking and creating.

Along the way I’ve learned a lot, and want to share my knowledge, recipes and passion for the foods of the world with those that are kind enough to take the time to read my Hubs.
